Overview of Staff and Training
We have a team of directors in place. Our full care team is comprised of caregivers and med techs, all trained per the guidelines of the state.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Our community is in a very safe area. We have a concierge on staff from 8 am to 8 pm, and entry is restricted into the building at all times.
Transition Support Services
We are fully licensed for assisted living, providing that type of support. Additionally, we have a fully staffed activities department to help residents get acclimated.
Transportation Services
Yes, we do offer transportation services for residents.
Dining Experience
Our restaurant is open from 7 am to 6 pm every day.
Resident Complaints and Issues
For maintenance-related issues, residents can go to the front desk and put in a work order. For other concerns, our executive director is always available to address residents' concerns.
