Very impressed with The Lakes Senior Living facility and the care given my father.  He was treated like family and taken care of with respect and dignity. My sister and I found Helen's place after Dad fell in a larger assisted living facility, where they just couldn't provide him the attention he needed. The whole experience was amazing. Helen and her family, it is mostly staffed by the family, were wonderful. Helen clearly loves her residents, takes wonderful care of them, and treats them with affection and kindness. The home is beautiful and immaculate. They make delicious home cooked meals. They were always available when we had any questions, and were very responsive to any issues we had.Dad recently passed, but we were able to be with him, and he was a comfortable as possible. Being in that beautiful home, and not a hospital or clinical setting, made Dad's transition as peaceful as possible.We would absolutely recommend The Lakes Senior Living to anyone looking for a place for a loved one needing care.Jennifer and Roxanne

I highly recommend this Senior living home. They are most Kind hearted, caring, loving people that took care of my Dad 24/7 for almost 2 years. They keep the house remarkably clean and orderly. My Dad was so happy there the time he spent. My Dad was in hospice and just passed away in the care of this home. They truly cared about my Dad and helped us get through that difficult time. Thank you Helen and George for taking amazing care of my Dad.

Helen and her family are the absolute best! The care they provided for my loved one was amazing. Their home is beautiful, they cook fresh healthy meals, and keep everything immaculate. Helen spent many hours with my friend daily giving him one on one attention, she’s genuine and kind. I will be forever grateful for her and her family.If you’re reading this review and wondering if you should call her; do it. It was the best decision I made for our family.

I highly recommend The Lakes Senior Living home. After my Dad suffered a bad fall I had to find a place that could take good care of him as I am not able to do it and the independent assisted living place he was living in at the time of his fall couldn't take care of him either. Through two recommendations I found this wonderful place. I had checked out a couple of other places to make sure it was the right fit for my Dad and there was no comparison, this place is the best! They are very clean, compassionate, caring and do not over charge. For the first time in a very long time I have felt like I don't have to worry about him. They definitely deserve the 5 star rating!

Anyone who has a loved one who needs assisted living, you must consider The Lakes.Helen and George are the most wonderful people in this world. I brought my mother, who was a VERY difficult person, here, and I knew from day one, she will be in good hands.Helen is not just a care taker, but a woman willing to deal with difficult situations with kindness and firmness.George is a calming presence that makes you feel safe and at home when you walk in.I can't imagine doing what they do for a living, but they do it with genuine care, no judgement when family issues happen (which often happens when dealing with the ill) and timely hugs and smiles.In the short time my mother was here. I have come to love this family.Very clean and beautifully kept home. Feels like a 5 star resort.I truly hope this review helps those trying to make a difficult decision. My mother passed away today, and she went in peace, and I was so grateful that Helen and George were here for her this entire time.
