Health services staff is on-site 24/7 to provide customized personal care services, such as grooming, dressing, mobility and medication management. Care coordination is overseen by registered nurses and scheduled transportation is provided to appointments, shopping and entertainment. Nutritious chef-inspired meals are served daily and housekeeping, maintenance and concierge services are available.

Memory Care Services and Amenities

The Springs At Missoula provides specialized Memory Care services for those living with Alzheimer’s or dementia. The House within Our House Feature creates a secure and home-like atmosphere, and health staff are available 24/7 using the CARES approach endorsed by the Alzheimer's Association. However, they are unhappy with the high turnover, low wages for caregivers, and the current executive director who is said to inspire paranoia and division. Employees have reported that she belittles them in front of their peers and ignores complaints against her favorites. Advice to management includes listening to and appreciating nurses and caregivers, having faith in the management team, and treating employees with respect.
