Employee Reviews for Frontier Management in Missoula, Montana
2 out of 5 stars. Based on 2 reviews
Employees working for Frontier Management in the Missoula, MT area have mixed reviews. Many employees feel that upper management does not hold anyone accountable for mistakes, including themselves, and that corporate does not care about the livelihood of its staff or residents. There have been minimal efforts to get more staff on board and employees have been short-staffed for nearly the entire time they have been employed. Additionally, employees have reported that they have been given administrative positions with no training, and that they have been given unrealistic expectations and no opportunity to improve. 2.95 out of 5 stars. Based on 595 reviews
Employees generally have positive things to say about working for Frontier Management. They enjoy working with the residents and other friendly employees, and appreciate the company's culture and commitment to helping employees succeed. However, they also note that pay and benefits are not competitive, training is lacking, and management can be disrespectful and unethical. Advice to management includes training for a week straight before turning someone out on their own, not moving good people around, becoming more top heavy and reevaluating leadership, providing competitive wages, and listening to employees when they have a problem.Healthcare Nearby

Worse place ever to work especially if u have a pca or cna these people in management think they can push u around. They don't provide proper ppe for staff either. Residents care there is poor as well due to management not providing proper tools for care this is my opinion.
I am so deeply disappointed and disgusted by the lack of professionalism at the Auberge. My mother moved in over a month ago, I live in another state, and I cannot get Auberge leadership to call me back. I've left messages for both Marketing personnel (who very effectively wooed my mother before she signed paperwork) and the Executive Director, and I am shocked and dismayed that neither have called me back. Staff have lied to my mother at least once (over something very minor, so WHY), and fully gaslighted her at least once (over a valid safety concern). I grant them tons of grace for the stress and pressures of the pandemic, and at the same time, what better way to care for their residents than to be in ACTIVE COMMUNICATION with their families? I could have provided them vital information AND HELP for my mother's comfort and quality of life. And what better way to support their community through the extraordinary challenges of 2020 than to foster positive relationships with their residents' extended care networks, namely, their FAMILY MEMBERS? The stress of both my mother and myself could have been *significantly* allayed by simply RETURNING MY CALLS.If I won the lottery I would yank my mother this second. For your loved ones, please do a lot of research and consider every other facility in Missoula before this one.UPDATE: Three weeks after I left this review I heard from the Marketing Director. I'm not sure if this review initiated that contact, but she was appropriately chagrined, and very respectfully fielded ALL of my thoughts, feelings, questions, and feedback with professionalism and full accountability. I want to give her credit for that. We talked for an hour, and I am cautiously optimistic about the care my mother is receiving.
I work here and I absolutely love it. Each and every resident makes me smile wider than ever before. This is a job that I don’t dread going to, but a job that doesn’t even feel like a job. I go to work everyday excited to spend time with amazing residents and coworkers, and more importantly, excited to care for each resident. I think The Auberge at Missoula Valley would be a safe, loving, and family-based community that any family member should feel comfortable moving their loved one into. We have fun activities to keep the residents busy and social, and we have the best staff that puts each resident before themselves, every single day. This facility has moved me positively in more ways than one. I’m very thankful to work and participate in a family such as the Auberge community.
The residents there seem to love it. They have plenty of fun activities such as Bingo, Movie Nights, Root beer float days out on the patio, etc. The food here is also based around each resident’s dietary needs and wants. Each concern of the employee’s constantly revolves around making every resident comfortable, happy, and at home. The staff is incredible, they work hard each and every day to not only make sure the residents are getting their basic needs fulfilled, but also their emotional needs taken care of. I recommend any family to put their loved one in this assisted living facility because the people truly, whole heartedly care. 5/5 stars from me.
They are a joke if u would love for ur family member to be neglected go There. The nurses wouldn't take a family member serious and told her nothing was wrong come to find out the member had fallen which they knew and ignored. Come to find out had a broken hip and passed shortly after. And they treat there staff horrible.
I wouldn't give any stars I'd it was possible. This place sucks so bad. Just fired my friend cause the boss poked her daughter! She of course she's gonna freak out don't touch a girls kid period. She fired me for having fun. But she still has two people that do not call no show and neglects the residents! She is the worst boss I've ever met! Management sucks and I hope they see this. Don't work here unless u wanna get judged or picked on.
