Find a Senior Community that Best Fits Your Needs
The Echelon DescriptionMany elderly people are afraid to consider moving into "Old Age Homes" because of the negative connotations associated with them. The term "adolescence-era loneliness" conjures up images of abandonment and a lack of familial support. Old age homes in India have become a safe haven for the elderly and disabled over the past few decades. As many old age homes provide inadequate or the wrong kind of care that seniors deserve, finding dignity and independence would be quite a challenge.
Assisted LivingWhen you need a little more help with your daily routine, like showering, bathing, dressing or dining, you shouldn't have to give up the lifestyle you've worked so hard for. The Echelon provides top-notch senior living in a brand new space situated in the heart of Medina. We want your transition to be as smooth as possible and our beautiful ambience and caring staff will help make that happen.
Memory CareThe Echelon Memory Care community is at the forefront of care and technology for seniors battling dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. I moved from a senior apartment in Chicago to Echelon Senior Living, Las Vegas in October of 2013. I must say that I consider Echelon to be a 1st rate senior facility. The staff is friendly and helpful . The dining room food is fresh, features a wide variety of selections on a daily basis and is excellently prepared and served. The facility is clean , nicely furnished and professionally managed. The grounds are well maintained and feature a beautiful array of palm trees and flowers that are wonderful to look at. There are daily activities that are fun and welcoming and there are daily trips, with transportation provided , to LV interesting destinations. All this at Echelon LV at a very reasonable monthly rental price. I am very happy to be a resident of Echelon Las Vegas and I plan to stay here for an extended period. Richard King
This community has recently made the switch from assisted senior living to traditional apartments and the changes are incredible! Apparently I am the first resident to sign a lease in the transition and I am impressed so far. There are tons of new amenities that were not available before and even more upcoming based on the renderings.

The Echelon is a great independent senior living community! I could be busy with arts and crafts and games or I could just be enjoying the homemade meals or just relaxing in many of the lounging areas. The staff is friendly and encouraging! (you don't have to be an expert in arts and crafts, its just fun!) One of the areas that I enjoy the most is walking my dog Charlie in the morning in many of the gardening areas. I find it to be a very warm and inviting community!
Update February 1st 2021 a resident was assaulted last night trying to prevent their car from getting stolen. They are now in the hospital.I don't know who's giving all these other reviews maybe by their staff to make this place look better? Because I do recognize several of these names from their office staff. so if these people only have one review that they've ever posted you can guarantee that they just got hired and are forced to leave a good review about the company as part of their work requirement. Especially eshelle she is one of the Realtors in charge of advertising that's why you see a picture of the model that they show residents with freshly vacuumed carpets. After reading the bad reviews on here I wouldn't be surprised if they told me that my claim needs to be based on facts and then try to say I'm lying which in that case I'll post a police report with the address on it as soon as I get it.The rent for a two-bedroom is $2,100 they make you think the food is going to be good but it's hit-and-miss some days it's okay other days it ain't. half the time the food is late since they started delivering it to the door because of covid-19 so you got to sit around all day open your food shows up they forgot about him completely one day. Been there a year and it took him forever to fix the pool just to get it opened. Also as of recently I don't feel like my father is very safe at this location there is no security guards there is no cameras I was visiting for 3 hours in my car got broken into along with several others they did nothing about it then and just today another series of cars have been broken into in which I don't expect them to do anything about that either.I have heard a few of the residents has actually had their Apartments broken into home invasion Style and these are people who are 80 90 years old who can't defend themselvesI don't recommend anybody take their parents to this place the gates don't do anything because people can just hop the fence in the surrounding neighborhoods as the brick walls are only about 5 feet high. They haven't offered any help with replacing the stolen items or damage to broken windows. For the money that is spent on this place to live here it is definitely not worth it there is zero security and 0 safety measures to protect these seniors from outside Intruders as all the staff leaves at about 7 as well basically leaving them to fend for themselves.I will be getting my father out of this place as soon as possible this is ridiculous he could rent a nice house in a gated community with security guards and higher his own cleaning lady as well as outside food delivery for about the same price.Neighbor upstairs even left her water on one night and the ceiling caved into my father's apartment..Also.. my father just called me after I wrote the review and said he came home to his dinner just sitting outside.. nobody gives a dam about you at this placeI will remove or change my rating when this issue was addressed immediately with everything going on there is no room to wait and see if you guys will approve the funding to protect these seniors
I had to move my parents into a facility to be closer to our family. The process was seamless from start to finish. The Sales person was extremely friendly and personable. She took the time to understand our needs. The entire staff made the move-on easy. The room was redone before moving in. The Executive Director was willing to make some exceptions as we relocated my parents. It made things a whole lot more stress-free during some very trying times. The place is beautiful and the staff is just the icing on the cake.
completely unprofessional promise one thing and do another.maintenance is a joke. then the guy paints the bathroom sink!and good luck with the vertical blinds getting fixed.it took about 3 weeks to get the kitchen cabinet repaired. always thevexcusebof being busy. the apartment was neverprepared before move in date.
