Carnegie Heights of Henderson
Carnegie Heights of Henderson, a 55 and older luxury independent living community located in the Green Valley Ranch area. Carnegie Heights includes 141 well-appointed suites made up of studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans available for rent on an annual basis.
Basic Services
Basic services include two meals per day within our Open Dining Select. A full-time activity program, utilities, cable, internet, twice a Monthly housekeeping and linen service, transportation, and access to 24-hour maintenance. Our community also has such amenities as a Movie Theater, Swimming Pool, Fitness center, Foxtail Pub, Bistro and Dog park. Concierge services such as, laundry, additional housekeeping, and salon services are available on a pay as needed basis.
