Support Services/Service Assessments
For those requiring a higher level of assistance, an additional fee is charged based upon the level of support services provided to the resident. The level of care required is determined by an initial assessment at the time of move-in and again after 30 days at the community. Assessments are also done on a semi-annual basis or more often if needed.

Medication Management
Simple: $250
9 or less daily medications, administered 1 or 2 times daily.
Complex: $420
9 or more daily medications, administered 3 or more times a day, or administration of Accuchecks, Injections, Nebulizer treatments, PT INRs, storage of non-packaged medications, etc.

Our staff comprises various professionals, each specializing in different areas to cater to the diverse needs of our community. They undergo yearly training with a range of online courses that cover their specific job requirements, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest practices and standards.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, we conduct daily wellness checks for those in Independent Living who do not use the daily check-in button in their apartment. Additionally, pull cords and safety pendants are provided for added security. Assisted Living residents receive multiple daily checks by staff or nurses, along with access to safety pendants and pull cords in their apartments.
Transition Support Services
New residents are welcomed by our resident services director to help them get acclimated to the community. We also have a resident ambassador committee that pairs up with new residents, encouraging them to participate in activities and join others for meals.
Transportation Services
Yes, we offer transportation services for residents, including trips to doctor’s appointments, grocery stores, and other errands.
Dining Experience
Our Independent Living residents enjoy two meals per day, with the choice of breakfast and either lunch or dinner. Meals are served restaurant-style, featuring daily chef specials and an everyday available menu for additional options.
Resident Concerns and Complaints
Residents are encouraged to approach any member of our management team with issues or complaints. For further escalation, we provide a corporate Gold Star line that connects directly to our corporate offices.
Cost of Living
Costs vary between Independent Living and Assisted Living. Independent Living starts at $2950, while Assisted Living starts at $3500, with additional costs for care and medication management. Please note that our prices will change on January 1, 2024.
Family Communication Policy
In Assisted Living, the Director of Nursing maintains communication with families regarding any concerns or changes. Families are also welcome to reach out proactively and can opt to receive updates via our email list.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer short-term stays for Independent Living, with prices based on the apartment choice and current rates.
Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, we welcome pets up to 25lbs with all current vaccination records and a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $550.
Waitlist Information
We currently have a waitlist for our Assisted Living Atrium Building studios, with limited availability in other Assisted Living apartments. Independent Living has more openings, but studio availability is also limited.
