The caretakers really care for the residents. I visit my son almost twice a week. It is a very warm and caring place. And I'm thankful, my son is in good hands. Thank you so much Ms Cion, Estrella, JR, Loy Mila and Arthur.

I was very upset with the way this home treated my grandmother. They did not bathe my grandmother for almost four days, and didn't do so until I said something. My grandmother asked for bed pan so she could urinate, and they did not give her one. Instead, they just let her go in the bed. They kept all the elders in their beds for twelve hours and did not want them to get out of bed. Overall, the experience was bad, and I find it sad that most nursing homes treat the elders poorly. There needs to be a reform.

I’m very thankful that I was directed to San Vicente by a friend. This place is a warm home for my son right now. The caretakers are warm and caring people.
