Can’t say enough good things about this place! Very professional and educated staff that work here. They have an answer to every question or concern I have regarding my step father. I don’t have to worry knowing he’s in the good hands of these people.

Cannot ever get ahold of my grandfather, they say they are quarenting everything that comes through the doors but while I was waiting outside to talk to his nurse they had two deliveries that did not have to be quarantined. My grandfather gives every cent to this place for care and they are keeping him locked down unable to go outside of his room. The last time I called I was unable to speak with him because they did not show him how to use the phone. When I tried to call back, the line was busy for hours. Not liking the fact that Noone gives you a call back no matter how many messages you leave.

I am truly grateful for all the staff at Mountain View Health and Rehab. My mother was here on hospice and in her last few days, the staff couldn’t be more thoughtful and caring. They went to great lengths to make her comfortable and feel secure in her environment.I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for placement and great care for their family members.

My mother-in-law lived for several years at Mountain View in Carson City, Nevada. We live in Michigan, but my husband visited his mother there and got to know the staff who cared for her with great kindness. Most of our interaction was by phone, but staff were very responsive, diligent about scheduling care meetings by phone, and even arranging video calls during Covid. We are very appreciative of the care she received.

Terrible, terrible place to work or live. So understaffed residents aren’t getting the adequate care they need. I had several friends who have worked there and some who still work there, they exprienced this all first hand, being left alone to 60 residents a shift. Sometimes only 2 or 3 CNA’s for the whole building, that’s over 100 residents. This is feeding, changing etc all by themselves. And most residents are two person lift, they can’t do that with one person. Being forced to work doubles because they wouldn’t sudedule any for the next shift. Never could ask for the day off, even after working day after day, even if they were sick, they were being forced to work and getting their jobs threatened by the ADON and management. Might I add they are under investigation by corporate for how bad this place is. Working here you’d be so miserable and I hated seeing my friends go through that. So please don’t put any of your loved ones here, it’s for their own good.

My sister in law has lived at "Mountain View" for 5 yrs now. I talk with her often on the phone and she is always bubbling over. She loves this place and praises it to the highest level of care. Before she was put in there, she was depressed and not even bothering to get up. The place has given her a new lease on life. She was an R N retired so they have her expertise on hand as well. If it were not a good place to be, she would shout it to the world.
