General Staff Rating
Care Staff Rating
The most wonderful place, with the kindest and most caring staff. Recently I had TWO very close friends live at FH (at the same time) for their last three months of life. Words cannot describe how very special their days there were, thanks to all staff there who tenderly cared for them. AND, how beautifully the staff watched over us, their family and friends, as we visited with them. If there is Heaven on earth, it is at FH.Our most sincere THANKS to all staff who helped us on that journey.Carole McIvor
Our grandmother was treated like a queen at FC Hospice House. At 99 years old she was made comfortable and even improved to the point where she could have moved to another care facility for a period of time but knew she would not receive the excellent care she did if we moved her.She was there for almost 14 months and the entire staff loved and cared for as if she was a part of their own family. The facility is brand new with spacious private rooms for the residents, and calming for visiting family. The staff went out of their way every day and became a part of our family. This is the absolute best place for someone you love.
