They appreciate the excellent training and the opportunity to increase their knowledge base. However, they find that some things take a long time to implement, such as upgrades. Employees suggest that management should focus on cross-training the associates, as this would enable more fluidity when people start calling in sick. Additionally, they suggest that the company should focus on providing more flexibility to who can train who. Employees also note that the workload is overwhelming for the amount of time they have, but the pay is very good. On the plus side, they note that the residents are great and the workers are also great. However, they feel that the head office expects too much for what they have.
