Rebecca at blue sky wasted our time. One moment we're approved, then denied, then approved, then denied with regards to my father. They ended up being a complete waste of our families energy and time. Rebecca has a cold authoritative attitude which lead nowhere other than mentioning state guidelines based on subjective conclusions with no basis. they could have denied us a week ago, now we must start all over again in our search for a suitable memory care facilitySince I posted this, the hospice company  they recommended to me that works with them...denied our Medicare hospice at home claim. We had to go with another one.  Wow. Be warned.

I cannot understand any positive reviews here. The place is terrible. Rooms and bedding are very dirty and rarely get cleaned. Food is atrocious. The cheapest garbage they can buy to feed your loved ones.  The staff is very lazy. Whoever heard of chili and cake for dinner? The meals are very unappetizing. They raised the price but haven't improved the food. My dad hates it. I will be moving him out of of there as soon as possible. I believe any positive reviews here were made by the staff.

This place is terrible, do NOT check your loved ones into this place. They seem under staffed and the staff that they do have is awful. I visited a loved one and they were very unhappy with the care giving and the unsanitary conditions. Whenever I ask questions about my loved ones care plans they are unhelpful and seem unhappy to answer questions. I do not recommend to anyone!

Blue Sky is an excellent location.  The resident room is large, clean, equipped with a TV on the wall, well lit, has its own AC and heater in each room, and a large bathroom.  Exceptionally cleaned not only  on a daily basis but professionally weekly.  Meals and snacks are nutritious and well received.  All staff is excellent.  From the administrator to caregivers.  All caregivers are well trained, provide excellent assistance to the residents. All always available from escorting residents to rooms to assisting with meals.  Very patient and caring.  Best memory care I have ever had the pleasure of not only touring but moving my relative from another location to Blue Sky.

Blue Sky Memory Care is exactly the facility we have been looking for for mom.It's a beautiful place! Brand new!Mom has a private roomThe bedroom is very roomy wirh lovely furnishings, plus a tv too! Very important for my mom!The staff is incredibleThey are attentive and so patientThey have coaxed mom into eating different foods and getting her to walk around. They keep her so cleanHer bedding and laundry are cleaned all the time!Thank you Sheila, Lisa, Tess, Michelle, Nelsie. Also their fantastic chef and everyone else on the staff for making this transition easier for mom and for us as well.We appreciate all of you.

I have only good things to say about Blue Sky. They took amazing care of my father until his recent passing, and every person there has always gone out of their way to be accommodating to my family. My father thrived there for a few years before his disease progressed. Every caregiver knew him and interacted with him often. If you are looking for a home for a loved one that you are unable to care for due to dementia, I recommend Blue Sky with no hesitation.

The staff doesnt care! They neglect their patients and dont care what the people have to say for instance theres a staff member there i believe as the name 'Bella' who takes pictures and videos of patients indtead of doing her job. You shouldnt just hire everyone who walks in that door this place is turning ba

Great place.....its new and nice! Some bad apples ruin it though. If you work with the public ....it may be good to have some people skills. Looking at YOU RN LINDA. (somehow in charge of others) Some day you will be in the situation my family was in. I hope you remember how you acted. I will pray for you. Wish there where more Nancys in this facility. Took my mothers dying wish of having her cat with her when she passed away. We called before we came and blue sky said she could have her cat and 24 hours before her death said we had to take the cat away. We also had a note from her primary Dr. That the cat was approved. Shame on you Blue Sky for lying to us and making an already awful situation a nightmare. COO Roxanne, you said you would help us on the phone, but instead had someone come tell us to leave or take the cat.

Blue Sky is wonderful! The staff are knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. The facility is modern and clean. The food is delicious and nutritious. The interaction between staff, residents, and family members is excellent. And the price is reasonable compared to other facilities. I am glad to be part of the Blue Sky family!

What an amazing place for my father to be at. Everyone is so helpful and caring. After the hard decision of placing my dad in a Memory Care facility Blue Sky was an easy decision. Extremely knowledgeable caringpeople. Facility is extremely clean and well kept. I truly feel that my dadis being spoiled daily - even on his tough days.
