Additionally, there is a luminous parking lot to make your life easier. At Barrington Square, we proudly offer accessible apartments to those 62 years and older-- providing a comfortable living space for seniors. Living in Barrington Square means you'll only shell out 30% of your adjusted income every month for rent. Long ago, Acworth, GA was just a tiny railroad settlement known as Northcutt.

Barrington Square offers its tenants a variety of amenities to ensure their living experience is enjoyable. The building features controlled access elevators and handrails for tenant safety, as well as a laundry room and recreation room for convenience. A sprinkler system and on-site activities are also available to tenants. There is ample on-site parking and an on-site service coordinator to assist tenants with any needs.

Residents can enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen as well. Pet owners will be pleased to know that Barrington Square is pet friendly, although some restrictions apply. Employees of United Church Homes generally have positive things to say about the company. They appreciate the helpful and responsive team, the effort to make resident life appealing and successful, and the caring attitude towards employees and the community. However, they note that the pay is on the lower side and supervisors can appear to be stretched thin with multiple roles. Employees also report issues with broken equipment, bed bugs, lack of aides, bad food, and poor benefits. Advice to management includes to care more about loyal staff, hire more staff, pay CNA's what they're worth, walk the communities and meet employees and residents, and take employee suggestions and ideas more seriously.
