They are holding my mom hostage and won’t even let me see or talk to her. After driving all day and half the night they refused to even let me see her. They say that she has said she does not want to see me or any of my other 3 sisters as well. This is not true. My sister Kellie porch of canton ga has POA and is systematically cutting us all off. First is was restricting phone access now after trying to see her in person and calling police to help me they refused. This is the place I picked out for her and toured not so long ago. Now they refuse me to even get her on the phone to have my mom (who is being brainwashed by POA) tell me in person that she truly doesn’t want to see me. As I don’t believe it. Just last week when she still had a phone she was begging me to come see her and she wanted me to stay in the room with her. It was very sweet. Little did I know that would be the last time I would talk to her. I saw on a post it note at the arbor at Bridgemill reception desk that they are not to give out any information on my mom or let her talk to or see any of me and my three sisters. Why arbor? Why. Ask yourself why would a POA family member want to cut off all family ties?!?! This is a shame. Shame on you arbor. May this never happen to you or anyone you love.
The Arbor at Bridgemill is AMAZING! The staff is always smiling, the residents are always smiling. There is a wonderful "feeling" when you walk in the doors! The activities are engaging and fulfilling! I would recommend The Arbor to anyone needing Independent, Assisted Living or Memory Care!
One more great meal prepared by Chef Doug. Tonight was the Southern Comfort special and it was good! Fried Chicken Livers, Sea Crab soup, Fried Chicken or Shrimp and Grits. Peach Cobbler and oh yes some real Southern style biscuits. Great meal and hope he serves it once a month at least from now on!!!! Thanks, Doug!
I am not only a receptionist at The Arbor at BridgeMill but a resident’s family member as well. After just three months as a part of the Arbor Family, I knew this community was truly something special; from the staff to the residents, kindness and care are the upmost priority - all within a breathtaking new building. When my father-in-law needed what this amazing place has to offer, I didn’t hesitate when I recommended he take a tour. The Arbor Company is unique in its deep connections mentality; when you walk through our front door, you’re family. Through good days and bad, we are there for one another. At The Arbor at BridgeMill you are in good hands! This is a team you can trust and who you know truly loves you as family.
The arbor at BridgeMill is a wonderful five star living for seniors 65 and above. From activities to the staff you can not go wrong moving here. They have a solution for almost any challenge and will work to resolve conflict. They are a safe community mixed with different cultures of people. They care at the Arbor. We moved my Grandparents there in 2019. One mover into Memory Care and one to Independent Living. They were both taking care of beyond our expectations.
My Mother , Kitty Antonio has lived at the Bridgemill Arbor in Canton, Ga for 3 years now. My Family is thrilled at this Facility! Not only are the Staff so incredible from the Girls at the Front Desk , Kitchen Staff and All the People that live here are such a wonderful community! I stayed for a week here with My Mom while She was recovering from an eye surgery recently and couldn’t believe the Friendliness and Care that She has received! Five Stars all the way! She has showers and care a few days a week called Comforting Arms which is excellent and Loving! Cannot speak highly enough about this Facility!
Such an amazing place! They make you feel like your family. Jerry, Brenda and Amy and all the front office staff are amazing. Not to mention the care staff are amazing with the residents! I love seeing the residents so happy they brighten my day! If your looking for a place for your love one this is the best place!
We can't say enough about how great the Arbors at BridgeMill is. The staff is always friendly and professional, and make you feel welcome and appreciated. The community is beautiful. The residents are wonderful. This is truly one of our favorite communities, and we feel honored to partner with them.
This place is absolutely amazing! The first thing when you come through the doors is feel impressed not only by the beautiful and luxurious decor and furnishings, but by the way the staff treats you. The staff is beyond attentive. Barbara Bonatucci is so accommodating and helpful. We have been teaching classes in the community room and she is always checking on us to make sure we have everything we need. Her meticulous attention to detail astounds me. It is obvious that the Arbors is a happy place for its residents. There is always something going with an activity or an event. There are rooms dedicated to painting, music, movies, and even a game room. There are puzzles out on tables, fruit infused water and the patio area is gorgeous! Would recommend this charming paradise for anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating home for their golden years.
The Arbor at Bridgemill is such a well-designed senior living community. I love the independent living cottages that line the boulevard on the way to the main building. But even better is the staff who are all so friendly and caring towards residents, as well as guests. The Arbor has gone above and beyond in welcoming groups in from the community to use their lovely meeting rooms that are set up perfectly with tables, chairs, and even refreshments. All of the planned social activities have me planning a better retirement for myself, as well as conversations with my parents when I know they'll need next steps in senior care. The Arbor at Bridgemill is always the first place I recommend to friends or family who are considering living space options as they (or their parents) age because of how they ensure everyone is well cared for and included.
As a third-party vendor, we come in close contact with residents and staff at Arbor. There’s never a dull moment and always something going on - happy hour, music, games, shopping trips, etc. Residents all seem to know one another and act as if family. The community is always clean and the staff is always super friendly. The idea of putting a loved one in “a home” is many families worst nightmare. I would urge these families to tour the community before ruling out. It is not at all what we grew up envisioning!! It is a new chapter of life and an opportunity for our seniors to come together and foster new relationships. It should not be thought of as “ when all else fails!”. There’s still so much life to live there!
I can't say enough about the Arbors at Bridgemill. I'm always greeted with a smile and how can I help you. I love to see the seniors having a good time. You know a facility.cares about the wellbeing of their community when you see smiles on the residents faces. Thank you, Arbors, always a great experience.
The Arbor at BridgeMill offers some of the best senior living options in the North Georgia area. The staff are knowledgeable, and really care about their residents. They offer great food and plenty of fun activities. The residents always are happy and friendly when I visit.
