Do you guys currently have a waitlist? No, we do not currently have a waitlist.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility? I’m assuming this is regarding caregivers in the home, so I’ve included our Health Services Director Melissa, who can go over the requirements and training of our team members.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents? We do offer pendants that are push button, that directly notify staff if they need assistance.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community? I do have a list of local caregiver services that are fantastic.
Do you offer transportation services for residents? We do have transportation for MD appointments.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience? Each cottage has their own dining room, where the residence come for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed? An appointment would be made to meet with Executive Director Kevin.
What is the cost of living in your community? I’ve attached cost of care card.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? Melissa, can you speak on this a little bit please ma’am?
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost? We do offer respite stay. Minimum of 14 days max of 30 days. $200-$250 per day.
Are you all a pet-friendly community? Yes, we are pet-friendly.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community? Yes.
Are residents able to age in place? Yes.
