Welcome to Arbors
Arbors is a local, established, pet friendly community located at 403 West Center Street in Manchester next door to Manchester Rehabilitation Health Center, which is part of our campus. Offering a maintenance-free and active lifestyle, with the availability of additional health care services available on site should they ever be needed.
Our Apartments
We offer studio (525 sq. ft), one bedroom (there are three different sizes-675 sq. ft., 700 sq. ft., and 750 sq. feet), and two-bedroom apartments (1,000 sq. ft.), all with full kitchens and amenities, as well as two plans from which to choose. We also have one combination unit that offers 1,350 square feet and another with a potential of 1,750 square feet.
As I mentioned on our phone call, we are holding our 2023 rental rates over the next few months, 2023 rental rate for a one bedroom is $3,700 versus $4,400.
Rental Plans
- Rental Plan 2024 – This plan is a straight rental plan requiring one month’s rent and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. Monthly Service Fees (rent) start at $3,830/month for a studio; $4,400 for a one bedroom; $5,000 for a two bedroom.
- There is a $900 second person fee added to the rent if a couple will be residing together.
- Entrance Fee Program available, ask me for details!
Services and Amenities
Monthly fees for both plans include; heat, air conditioning, water/water disposal, one meal daily in our fine dining room, (we also have full kitchens), bimonthly housekeeping services, weekly bed linen service, walk-in showers, home maintenance, cable TV with premium channels, Wi-Fi, internet, emergency pendant, trash removal, 24-hour security, lawn care/landscaping services, scheduled transportation, 24-hour emergency response, health and wellness program, social and cultural events, entertainment, craft classes and more. We also offer a meal plan should you desire additional meals per day.
Activities and Lifestyle
Among some of our activities: Arbors residents enjoy trips to the Manchester Band Shell for evening concerts, Foxwoods and/or Mohegan Sun casinos, Evergreen Walk in South Windsor, Tanglewood, Little Theatre of Manchester presentations, various venues for lunch outings, many in-house entertainment offerings (e.g., concert pianists, vocal/guitar presentations, jazz bands), Bridge, Pinochle, Rummikub, Mahjong, Setback, crafts, board games and diverse lectures and presentations. There is a walking path for enjoying good weather, a fitness suite, chair yoga classes, several clubs from which to consider and join at Arbors, including, but not limited to knitting, book club, library, dining, etc. We provide transportation to doctor’s appointments in Manchester, Glastonbury, South Windsor, East Hartford and Vernon, church on Sunday and several out-trips for fun. We also have an art studio for some of our many residents who are artists. Raised garden beds are available for those residents wishing to grow their own vegetables and flowers.
