This was the First job I had upon relocating to Nevada. I learned so much while working here about how to deal with people one on one and as a whole personally,  on the phone or radio effectively communicating. It was a great way to strengthen and use my job skills that I had achieved previously working in the Hospitality Business. I also was able to use Time Management to get all the priority work done on a Daily basis whether I was working alone or as a Team in the department I worked in.

My aunt is a resident at Aegis in Las Vegas and I have visited her many times.  The staff is always very pleasant.  I feel that they take very good care of their residents.  They are patient, have a good sense of humor and are very helpful whenever I visit or call.  Late into Covid they devised a way for family members to visit their loved ones through a window.  Eugene does the scheduling and he is very kind and accommodating.

Two years ago I needed to transfer my mother who was 89 at the time, to an assisted living/independent living facility. She had been at Atria in Las Vegas, NV and needed dementia care that was worsening. I wanted a home that was not only caring and clean, but one that could adjust to her growing memory and physical issues. When we first visited the facility, I was amazed at how clean and bright it was. And the caregivers were aware of her "challenging" personality, and helped her and us make the transition of moving her in. The food was good, and the activities great for the residents.I am sorry to say, Mother passed away two weeks ago. I wanted to post this because the care over the last two years has been phenomenal. I am sure its not the least expensive, but the care was compassionate and attentive right up until  her final days. The Nursing Director, Debbie Gabner was on top of her complicated care until the very end. She died of complications of lung cancer and dementia. I can't say enough about the entire staff and their dedication to making the residents feel respected and cared for not just when I was unable to visit, but all of the time.

This is by far the number one best memory care facility. I received exceptional service from Steve and his nurse Deb was very compassionate coming to the hospital to review my mom. I will never forget this treatment at a most critical time in our life.

Just called Aegis to inquire about their assisted living facility for a close friend I'm trying to help. Eugene transferred the call to the business manager who was a male with a strong African American voice. He might have been a female but it sounded like a man. He insisted I give him my name before he answers any questions, so I did. Then I asked for his name, but he refused to give his name which I felt was very sneaky. He demanded my name and personal information but then he would not give his first name. He was rude, hostile and actually said CALM DOWN! However, I was very calm and I merely inquired to Aegis assisted living for a close friend who I'm trying to help out.

This is a beautiful facility. I toured with Donald who was extremely helpful when I was looking for a place for my mother. It is safe, well run and maintained with a comfortable and peaceful environment. The residents look so happy. The staff is pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend this facility for taking care of loved ones. Also its in a great location which makes visiting easy.

I’d like to give Aegis living of Las Vegas 5 Stars. My husband was a resident for 3 1/2 years 07-11. I still stop by to visit and all the same employees that took care of my husband are still there. That says a lot about the Director Debra Moore and head Nurse Deb Gavner.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. My mother-in-law went to Aegis when her memory started to deteriorate. My husband and I said repeatedly that everyone that worked there was a saint. Each person was nicer and more caring than the next. My mother-in-law just passed, but the staff at Aegis took amazing, compassionate care of her until her last moment. I can't say enough positive things about the facility and the wonderful staff.

Recently moved my Dad here. All the staff are very caring and concerned. The staff always stops to answer questions and acknowledge. The facility is always very clean. There are a lot of different activities and small communities. One of the reasons I chose Aegis is the size of the facility - much more personal. My Dad does not have any complaints so I know they must be doing something right.
