Availability
No, I do have availability.
Pricing and General Information
$7,050 for 1st floor and $6,900 for 2nd floor. This is an All-Inclusive Rate which means level of care included. Community Fee is $2,500.
Staff and Training
We have Personal Care Attendants and all staff are background checked and fingerprinted. They also have an on-boarding training and then 8 hours on-floor training and then monthly training courses as well.
Safety and Well-being Measures
Secured community and our staff ratio is 1-6.
Transition Support Services
We try to pair residents up with those of similar cognitive abilities. Our activities director as well as PCAs encourage new residents to engage. It usually takes about 2-3 weeks for a resident to adjust into a new environment.
Transportation Services
We offer free transportation to doctors’ appointments only.
Dining Experience
We offer three healthy meals daily with snacks twice a day as well. If a resident doesn’t like or can’t eat the main course, then we offer other options for them to choose.
Handling Complaints and Issues
Depending on the issue that a resident is having, we have a direct supervisor that will address those issues.
Communication with Residents' Families
Our nurse will contact families once a month, usually after we have done their weights and vitals. You can always call in and speak to a med tech or caregivers to get an update.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer 30-day Respite Only and cost $7,350 for the 30 days.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome to visit but cannot live here.
Vaccinations
Yes, residents are able to get Covid and flu vaccinations in the community. We have an outside pharmacy that comes into the community to administer them.
Aging in Place
Yes, as long as the resident doesn’t require medical devices attached to them like IV’s and feeding tubes etc…
