Wonderful team, that care for their patients.  When it comes to choosing a facility to put a loved one in, its always reassuring to know the clinical team works together and communicates.  Often in the hospital the case manager doesn't always communicate with families.  Orchards of Cascadia fills that gap.  Thank you for all you do!

Our loved one spent 30 days at this facility and received 1 bath during that time.  The beds were old and in need of replacing and very uncomfortable.  It is a filthy place with a smell to match.  Unfriendly staff.

Working here has been so rewarding. I find that when employees leave, they always find their way back. This facility is more like a family than it is work and I am so appreciative of that.

I have worked at a few different nursing care facilities in the Treasure Valley and The Orchards by far is the best and I would recommend my own family to stay here. The CNAs are very experienced and the call light times are excellent. All of the nursing staff including management are very caring and supportive of one another. The views of the outdoors and the park are truly beautiful. The residents also really enjoy having a garden that they contribute to. I really enjoy being a part of their team!

I can not say enough about how great this place is! My mothers has been here for years and has always felt so loved. Even through all of this COVID pandemic the staff have always treated her like part of their family. They have done so much to keep her safe and take such great care of her. I am so thankful for everyone at this facility and everything they do for my mom!

This is not a place for your love one to go. I just removed my aunt from there and took her to a hospital for abuse and neglect. If anyone else has had this same problem report them to any agency that with take the report do not stop until you find an attorney. If you have family in there right remove them. I was just there and saw residents that looked very scared of the staff there.

This is not a 4 star establishment! The food is horrible, the beds are the most uncomfortable ever, and when assistance is needed it takes hours to get a staff member. The pt team seem to disregard any directions given to them by the physicians and just do as they please. There were a few of the staff that seemed to really care, but most of them were just taking up space to collect a check.

My mother came for palliative care. During times as they are with so many restrictions, due to Covid, her passing was met with compassion. The team at the Orchards went above and beyond. Our family was treated with love and kindness. My mother expressed gratitude and appreciation. We would recommend the Orchards for you and your family.
