Concordia’s approach to health services focuses on lifelong learning, wellness, and faith. These core values are present in all aspects of daily life at Concordia. Health Service residents at Concordia have access to:
- Engaging activities including entertainers and outings
- Daily exercise and support for personal hobbies and interests
- On-site chapel with visiting chaplains and morning devotionals
- Access to our employed dietician who works with our dining team to provide health conscious meals
Residents also receive assistance with activities of daily living. Our monthly rates for assisted living include weekly housekeeping and flat linen services, all utilities except telephone and internet, three chef-prepared meals per day, medication management, access to staff 24 hours per day, on-site physical therapy services, and much more.
On-Campus Health Services
Right on campus you have access to our on-staff Nurse Practitioner, Courtney Hammond, who works directly with our Medical Director. Courtney and her staff provide a weekly clinic as well as in-home assessments and labs. In addition, we are also staffed with a Certified Nurse 24/7 and have a low staff-to-resident ratio.
