Our Independent Living communities are staffed with a 24/7 concierge team. While we cannot provide medical services directly, our concierge staff can assist with medication reminders, shopping, walking pets, and other non-medical tasks.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, all exterior doors are locked at all times and can only be accessed by residents with an outdoor key. We have a 24/7 front desk presence and a security company that patrols the property twice nightly.
Transition Support Services
We offer an ambassador program to help new residents acclimate to the community by connecting them with peers who share similar interests, inviting them to activities, and dining with them.
Transportation Services
Transportation is available Monday through Friday, with specific days allocated for errands, outings, and scheduled doctor appointments.
Dining Experience
Our dining room operates from 7AM to 6:30PM, offering all-day dining with a variety of made-to-order menu options.

Residents can directly address any complaints or issues with our Residence Director, Polly Milligan.
Cost of Living
The cost ranges from $2080-$3085, covering meals, housekeeping, utilities, cable, and transportation.

We offer short-term stays in a fully furnished guest apartment at $125 a night, including complimentary breakfast.
