Went to surprise my mother and the whole place smelled like pee and bowel movement odor. The nurses act like they dont have a job. They just stand around to the desk eating and talking. The phone rung 15 times and 5 nurses stood to the desk talking about their weekend plans. Non nurses do more for the patients then the nurses do. I have seen some ladies who are not nurses go out of their way to help or get them what they need and have a plesant conversation with them. The rooms could be cleaner. What does the maintenance man do? Alot of things dont work in the building. Dont start me on the kitchen help. The food is disgusting and its bland. But you see kitchen help with more carry outs than enough. The front office lets not even discuss them. Having a conversation with them while they are promising your love ones with everything they will get which is all lies. What is going on with this place. That's why I will be moving my mother at home with us.
Wouldn’t take my dog to that place all they are interested in is your money not the patients . My mother went there for a week just to finish up a IV she had to take for pneumonia and to get physical therapy . She never came home. She got a UTI infection cause her kidney to shut down. They never even called the doctor to report that she even had it
