Employee Reviews for Century Park Associates
3.25 out of 5 stars. Based on 183 reviews
Employees of Century Park Associates generally have positive things to say about working for the company. They appreciate the relationships, accountability, and clear expectations that are encouraged and that align with their personal and professional growth. They also appreciate the supportive teams, the opportunities for career growth, and the positive culture. However, some employees have noted that pay could be better, there is sometimes unwanted overtime, and there is not much in the way of movement of position. Advice to management includes continuing to make positive changes, listening to advice from others, hiring more qualified people, and increasing pay and offering better benefits.By clicking "Get Exact Costs", you agree to our Partner's Terms of Use. We have had a relative here for over a year and are really impressed with The Bridge and its staff. It is great to have peace of mind that he is in caring hands and being taken care of by staff who are communicative with us. The facility is very clean. The food is good. The pharmacy they use has been helpful and cooperative. We are very happy we found The Bridge and if you are looking for an ALF, I'd recommend you check them out.
Put my elderly relative here. The rooms are nice and the food seems good. Unfortunately, the management and nurses station are the worse. Reponses are not given to anything - questions, health related items etc. Local pharmacy is refusing to deal with them as well. No one knows anything and ignorance is running the place. Last but not least they give families the feeling they don't give a dam and just want their monies.
My mother spent the last 5-1/2 years of her life at The Bridge. I don't know what we would have done without this facility. Her last years were very difficult because she had a combination of Parkinson's and arthritis, and although she was somewhat independent when she moved in, her condition deteriorated with time. By the time she passed, she was dependent on others for everything. I was so nervous that we were going to have to move her to a nursing home, but the staff there did everything that they could to keep her there. They understood how difficult a move would be at that stage. Their job is not an easy one, but I have never seen so much compassion and caring as I've seen here.We looked at many places before choosing The Bridge. Some were less expensive, and others had larger rooms, but there was no comparison to the feeling you got when you entered The Bridge. It was more like a hotel than an assisted living facility. The common areas were well decorated and comfortable and there were many areas outside my Mom's room where you could sit comfortably. There was a beautiful private dining room that we reserved for special occasions, sometimes eating the facility food, and other times we brought in our own food. Also very important to us was cleanliness. The place always smelled fresh and the staff was on top of keeping it that way. I was surprised that it wasn't the case in other facilities I visited. This is a difficult time of life, made even more difficult by the fact that both my brother and I live out of town. I felt I could communicate with the staff, and they would advise me on a regular basis on my mother's condition.I felt comfortable knowing that she was here. She got to know the staff, and they got to know her.
I have visited at the bridge at Inverrary for years now it's a very nice place I've seen other places that are not as good the bridge at Inverrary the people are more nicer and I have tasted their food it is great even cleaner than other places I recommend this place to all my friends who are looking for a nice place to be
