Community Insights
This detailed information was obtained directly from the Community Relations Director at Stonecreek Of Edmond via email on Nov. 9, 2023.
Overview of Professional Staff and Training
We have two LPN nurses that oversee all care, under them are ACMA’s, CMA’s, and CNA’s. We all go through an orientation training and then a monthly course as well.
Safety and Well-being Measures
We are a secured community that locks after our receptionist leaves and only family members have the code to the door.
Support Services for New Residents
Absolutely! We have wonderful residents apart of our Resident Ambassador team who help the transition move smoothly. Their first friend in the building!
Transportation Services
We do! Every Wednesday afternoon we offer assistance with transportation to doctor appointments, shopping trips, etc. We also have plenty of services that visit onsite including a primary care physician.
Dining Experience
We offer Chef-prepared dining options in a restaurant style environment. Residents have menus and can choose from plenty of options with a server there to assist.
Resident Complaints and Issues
We have a few different ways to handle these. We have a resident council that meets monthly, a complaint forum that is posted at the front desk, and our executive director, Kim, is wonderful with always having an open door policy with complaints.
Cost of Living
Completely dependent on which apartment style is preferred. Assisted living starts at $4,150.00 and The Cottage (Memory care) starts at $5,220.00
Communication with Residents' Families
We stay very connected with families through avenues such as giving out our cell phone numbers to Sagely activity programming. Sagely is an app for your phone so that you can see how much your loved one participates in events/activities and you get pictures of them doing such.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We do not currently have availability in respite stays, however, when we do have availability it is $250.00/day.
Pet-Friendly Community
We are! We welcome our furry family members.
Waitlist Information
We currently have a waiting list on most apartment styles but have immediate availability in a second floor one bedroom and studio option.
