As we proceeded down the hall, stressed out staff hurried in and out of rooms. The smell of urine was overpowering. My husband, former Bureau Chief of Health Facility Licensing in another state, reviewed their inspection records. He noted many repeated infractions, some warranting heavy fines. We recommend you carefully explore all other options before letting a loved one go here.

While I can not share a review of the facility in terms of care received, I wanted to share my experiences with Crystal who I have spoken with several times in trying to get my mother admitted to Skyline. Crystal has been so helpful and has gone above and beyond to provide me with as much information possible on a variety of options for care and assistance.
