Waitlist and Availability
We have a waitlist for our Memory Care side of the community and currently have openings for a studio, one bedroom, and a 2 bedroom in our Assisted Living.
Pricing
Pricing is determined by the level of care the individual requires. However, I can give you a range:
- Apartments start at $3845.00 - $5995.00
- Care and Service range from $450.00 - $2550.00 a month depending on what care is needed.
Management and Staff
Our community is run by an Administrator who is licensed in the state of Arizona.
Our Wellness team is comprised of Resident Assistants and Medication Assistants along with two Wellness Directors, one for our assisted living side and one for our memory care.
We also have a Director of Nursing who resides in Yuma and oversees the wellness department.
Safety and Well-being
Each apartment has an emergency pull cord in the bedroom and bathroom. When the cord is pulled, it will alert the team that there is an emergency in those areas.
Each resident also receives a lanyard with a push button at the end of it so that if they are in the community, they can push the button and it will alert the wellness team the resident is in need of help.
Also, depending on the resident and their condition, there are checkpoints hourly and/or daily.
Programs and Services
We have several programs that help the resident transition into Assisted Living from our Lifestyle Enrichment Director.
We do offer transportation for residents to Dr.'s appointments, shopping, and outside activities. Emergency transportation is provided by the local fire department/paramedics.
Our dining room offers three meals a day and snacks throughout the day. It is set up restaurant style, where you order off the menu. We also offer a la carte choices on a daily basis.
Resident Council
We have a resident council that meets monthly where the resident can voice their concerns. If the complaint needs a higher level of action, our administrator has an open door policy. If the issue is still not resolved, the resident can reach out to our home office in Carson City, Nevada.
