Pricing in Assisted Living
Pricing will begin at $3,800 for a studio apartment, $4,315 for a one bedroom and $6,100 for a two bedroom. All utilities as well as cable, telephone and Wi-Fi are included in your price!
Memory Care Pricing
Our Memory Care pricing is broken down into two all-inclusive tiers! Pricing starts at $5,410 for Comfort Level 1 and $6,210 for a Comfort Level 2. All utilities are included in your price!
HORIZONS MEMORY CARE NEIGHBORHOOD SCHEDULE OF FEES
- COMFORT LEVEL ONE: $5,410
- COMFORT LEVEL TWO: $6,210.00
ADDITIONAL SERVICES/FEES
- Bed/Chair Alarm: $230 each
- Private Transportation: $55 per hour
- Additional Resident Fee Comfort Level One: $2,200
- Comfort Level Two: $3,000
- Respite: $225 per day

- Beauty Salon Services: Pricing varies, billed independently by stylist

Offering Assisted Living and Memory Care services, we feel confident that our community offers an option that is right for you or your loved one. Our mission is to serve seniors with a consistently nurturing community with activities and care that they need and deserve. We believe The Oaks at Towne Lake serves seniors with a seamless transition if they need additional care down the line as it will all be available on our beautiful campus. Attached to this email, you will find our brochure that includes some information about our services.
Assisted Living Neighborhood
Our Assisted Living neighborhood will feature diverse activities also based on our resident’s hobbies and interests. We will also provide assistance with daily activities including medication management, bathing, dressing and grooming if needed. Also included is housekeeping, 3 restaurant style meals each day, local transportation, 24-hour emergency call system and on-site Physical Therapy services. Pricing in Assisted Living will begin at $3,800 for a studio apartment, $4,315 for a one bedroom and $6,100 for a two bedroom. All utilities as well as cable, telephone and Wi-Fi are included in your price!
Specialized Memory Care
Our specialized Memory Care will include a very personalized care plan for each resident based on the progression of their memory loss and their abilities and interests. Our goal is for each resident to enjoy the most independent life possible. Our associates are trained to specifically to work with residents who have memory loss. Our activities are created specifically to encourage engagement and will occur 7 days each week. Housekeeping is included along with 24-hour care, continence management and medication management. Residents in Memory Care will also enjoy restaurant style dining with choices that tailored specifically to their dining needs. We also encourage our families to take part in our monthly support groups as we believe ourselves to be a team, supporting their loved one. Our Memory Care pricing is broken down into two all-inclusive tiers! Pricing starts at $5,410 for Comfort Level 1 and $6,210 for a Comfort Level 2. All utilities are included in your price!
