OAK MANOR OFFERS TWO DIFFERENT PLANS FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING MONTHLY RATES.
PREFERRED PLAN
The Preferred Plan is for those who desire an all-inclusive resort lifestyle. The Preferred Plan includes two restaurant-quality meals in our dining room, daily as well as weekly housekeeping and linen service.
VILLAS
- 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bath (622 sq. ft.) $2,400
- 2 Bedroom/ 1 Bath (790 sq. ft.) $2,750
- 2 Bedroom/ 2 bath (961 sq. ft.) $3,150
Second Independent Resident Fee: $500/month
Community Fee: $1,500
OPTIONS PLAN
The Options Plan is for those who prefer to cook their own meals or prefer the choice. The Options Plan allows you to "pay as you go" in our restaurant-style dining room.
VILLAS-
- 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bath (622 sq. ft.) $2,000
- 2 Bedroom/ 1 Bath (790 sq. ft.) $2,350
- 2 Bedroom/ 2 bath (961 sq. ft.) $2,750

We do have a waitlist for our Independent Villas but have other options available until one would open.
Independently Owned and Locally Operated Community
As an independently owned and locally operated community, we take tremendous care in maintaining our ability to offer the best services available. We are a pet friendly senior living community. Our ranch style community is home to two hundred happy, active residents.
