They have a sorriest finance department of any place that I have had to deal with. If they Thank you owe them money they will ride you to death. But if they OU money it is a different story. If you have love ones at the facilities please check your financial statement each time you get one. They have been known to try and bill you twice.

My sister Elaine has been in there since May, 2020, grant she had a stroke, only 58. However she was bed ridden, no visitors due to covid, understandable. But she survived with non functional hand and learning how to walk again. They've moved her room to room numerous times due to covid and the point is they rarely get me to her room to speak to her. last time she felt hostage. She's depressed and wants to go home. Please help her.

This nursing home is under staffed. The resident I visit 3 times a month is trapped in a bed, in dirty gowns and sitting in a puddle of urine. When she requests assistance for a bowel movement she is instructed to go in her diaper. Where is the dignity in that? One review says the place should be shut down. I say it needs to be staffed by caring people; and an adequate amount I my add. If it were owned by caring people, I'm sure it would be properly staffed. What my friend is enduring has to be AGAINST THE LAW!!!

I worked at many nursing homes but the staff that work here are so friendly, caring, and believe in team work. It will be a year soon and consider the staff my family. Blessed to be a part of this family.

This place is under staffed. They will ruin your reputation as a cna by choosing dementia patients over your word. They have very abusive cna’s and blame good cna’s for their lack of knowledge of the cruel things that actually happen is this facility. Every resident is degraded. The building isn’t clean. At some point your loved ones will be washed with a paper towel because the inadequate supplies for hygiene this facility does not provide.

Unsanitary environment I worked as a Dietary Aide here and quit because of the condition of the kitchen and the unsanitary staff that came with it.

Horrible Place to work under staffed, No DON, Nurses are very rude to their CNAs. They do not help with answering call bells knowing your work load is heavy, Secretary on Cwing is very rude to certain staff. At night you have 1 CNA to 25 residents very dangerous. You have Nurses portraying to be busy standing at the med cart not helping but giving orders. You'll be lucky to get a break. This place should be shut down. You have 5 feeders on 1 assignment with no help so by the time you get to next person food is cold. Alot of backstabbing amongst staff.

Horrible place! Went there sfter spinal fusion surgery for skilled nursing and rehab temporarily for 3 days until I could get transferred to the facility, Brookridge, where I was originally supposed to go. Even though I was able to use the restroom with assistance, they said they couldn't find a walker and slapped a diaper on me. Made me wear diapers until the next day.Humiliating! When the nursing supervisor learned this she was mortified because I was was not incontinent. My experience there was horrible! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!
