Employees working for Care Initiatives in the New London, IA area generally have positive things to say about their experience. They appreciate the good management, the great staff, and the good starting pay. However, they feel that the facility could be great if there was a stronger working structure in place, better training for caregivers, and more rules and better communication between staff and upper management. Employees also feel that upper management should care more about the residents and staff, rather than just their own pockets. They also suggest that management should be more disciplined when it comes to staff who are rude and have attitudes. Employees also mention that they enjoy their job and the care they provide for the residents, but it can be difficult when they feel unwanted.
