FAQs
Do you guys currently have a waitlist? At this moment we do not, but that can change quickly.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility? Our caregivers are all CNA certified and many also have the medical technician licensing as well. Our Healthcare Services Director is an LPN and always available.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents? We are a secure community.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community? I am unsure of what you are asking. Please specify.
Do you offer transportation services for residents? We do not offer transportation to doctors' offices. We do have many outings we take residents on like going out to eat and museums, etc.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience? We have three meals a day and snacks in between, but do offer snacks 24/7 for residents upon request. We have two dining rooms, one being for those who are more independent and another for those needing more assistance.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed? We have an “open door policy” for our residents and families. Theresa, our Healthcare Services Director, offers Thursdays to make an appointment if you would like to sit down and discuss any nursing issues.
What is the cost of living in your community? Again, unsure of what you are asking. We do have monthly rates that are from $5000-$6250 a month.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being? The Administrator sends out emails to families to keep them updated if anything is happening in the community. Otherwise, refer to above.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost? We offer respite care for $250 a day and must be 14-30 days.
Are you all a pet-friendly community? We do not allow residents to have pets although we do have a pet bunny and pet therapy that comes in. Families can also bring in family pets with proof of shot records.
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community? We offer a flu vaccine and have offered covid in the past.
Are residents able to age in place? Yes but would like to explain more in depth over the phone or in person.
