I’ve had 3 hip replacement surgeries in the course of 5 years & I was an inpatient & outpatient! My Care was 1st rate and the nurses, CNA’s, physical therapists, kitchen & housekeeping staff made my stay as pleasant as possible! I healed in record time and would recommend Life Care to anyone!!
Years ago this was the best nursing home in the valley. Can't really say that as of today. This place is a joke and the residents are seriously neglected!!!! No matter how much you call their social service workers nothing ever gets done to fix the issues.these elderly human beings should be treated with heartfelt care and made as comfortable as possible in their last years, months, weeks, days whatever be the case.from what I have seen when there employees just have no care or compassion for these residents. It is a very very big disappointment of how poorly this center has become.at this point I would not want to put any of my loved ones ever again in this center.somthing needs to be done with this place asap!!!
My mother-in-law was taken to LifeCare for what was supposed to be two weeks of therapy. After eleven days (of excellent care) she was released. Due to the coronavirus quarantine, we were not allowed in, but we received several updating phone calls from her nurse, Adam Spencer. Adam was a compassionate, caring employee for whom we are truly grateful.
My father-in-law was a resident at Life Care Center of New Market on two separate occasions this past fall. He received excellent care and physical therapy. The staff was compassionate, caring and put the clients first in all that they do at the Life Care Center. Thank you Life Care for everything.
