Overview of Professional Staff and Training
Our facility is staffed with a range of healthcare professionals including LPN’s, RN’s, L1MA’s, CNA’s, and CMA’s. LPN’s and RN’s obtain their degrees and certifications through college education. L1MA’s, CNA’s, and CMA’s renew their licenses every 2 years through the MHCA on-site at our facility. All staff are required to complete annual Relias educational training courses quarterly. Additionally, some staff members are specially trained to assist residents during meal times.
Safety and Well-Being Measures
We ensure the safety and well-being of our residents by enforcing thorough handwashing techniques among all staff. During COVID or Flu outbreaks, masks are mandatory for direct care staff and in dining areas. We adhere to all guidelines provided by the State of Missouri. Licensed care staff perform rounds every 2 hours, or as designated by a nurse/PCP, to prevent falls. Our maintenance team is available 24/7, as well as transportation for emergencies.
Transition Support Services
Our admissions team works closely with residents and their families to facilitate a smooth transition into the community. We assist with creating floor plans, downsizing, utility transfers, address changes, and coordinating with movers.

Each level of care has a unique dining experience and structure, all of which are restaurant-style with multiple entrée options available.

Residents and families are encouraged to reach out to supervisors or the administrator at any time to address issues. The Leadership team is typically able to resolve most concerns promptly.

The cost of living in our community varies by the level of care required: Independent starts at $3,482 per month, Assisted at $5,458 per month, Memory Care at $7,504 per month, and Skilled Nursing at $264 per day.
Communication with Residents' Families
We maintain a policy of contacting families within 24 hours for most situations, and as soon as possible in emergencies. Communication is done individually or through community-wide notifications via email and text using our communication system.
Short-Term or Respite Stays
Subject to availability, we offer short-term stays in our Skilled Nursing areas at the applicable daily rate.
Pet-Friendly Community
Yes, we are a pet-friendly community and allow pets at no additional cost, provided the resident or family can manage their care.
