We are the only locally owned and operated Assisted Living community designed specifically to serve those with Alzheimer's and dementia in Southern New Mexico and Western Texas.
Our specialty at the Haciendas at Grace Village is Memory care, a difference you will see once you step through our doors and continue to experience during your tour. Haciendas at Grace Village is noticeably different from other “facilities.” At Grace Village, we are comprised of homes, with a distinct custom-home residential feel. This helps our residents to orient themselves quickly to their new home while we embrace a communal, family-style atmosphere that encourages social interaction, mobility, and a sense of autonomy all in a safe and dignified environment.
Haciendas at Grace Village is an upscale assisted living community
with each building comprising 12 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms with a private bedroom and bathroom for each resident. In addition, there is a visitor/employee bathroom, as well as two spa-like bathrooms for the residents. Each spa-like bathroom includes a bathtub, allowing our residents the option to bathe or use a salon-style sink. With a 6:1 resident-to-caregiver ratio, our residents get the care and attention they deserve while exceeding NM DOH regulations. Other services provided include three meals and snacks served daily with hydration management, care coordination by our Nurse Manager in accordance with their physician, 24-hr specialized and certified staff, engaging activities, laundry, housekeeping, & more.
With both Memory Care and Assisted Living, more care may be needed.
Prior to moving in, our Nurse Manager will meet with you and your loved one to complete an evaluation to assess their individual needs. Based on this outcome, costs are determined by the level of care that will be required and the room size available within that particular care-level building. However, we attempt to accommodate specific budgets by offering a shared room option.
