There is an enormous difference between what I'm reading from other reviewers and the experience we had with my mother. She was there less than four months and went from a vibrant, engaged woman who was able to ambulate on her own to someone who could not get herself out of the bed and NO ONE was paying attention!!! She went without many meals and they don't even do a head count in the dining room, much less go check on anyone and help if they are in distress. And she was in great distress for longer than anyone should ever be. Office staff was friendly and nice to talk to, but not in touch with the condition of residents. This huge disconnect led to great suffering on the part of a beloved mother and grandmother.
