2. Our Care Team
Our Care Team here consists of 3 Nurses with their nursing degree and many years’ experience in senior living. Our caregivers & med techs have certification & training.
3. Staff Training
With each staff member hired they will have 8 hours of computer training and then shadow training for 2-3 days in their department.
4. Resident Engagement
We have active and friendly residents that will meet, greet and encourage to engage in activities. Our management team all come to meet the new resident and answer any questions.
5. Addressing Concerns
The department head pertaining to the concern will address.
6. Communication
We send out weekly newsletters to our residents and family. Any medical concerns are addressed directly to the family by one of our nurses.
7. Respite Stay
We do not offer respite stay here.
8. Vaccination Clinic
We did have a flu vaccine clinic in the Fall. Covid vaccines can be received at many outside places, CVS, Walgreens, Costco etc.
9. Age in Place Focus
Yes, we focus on age in place and provide Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care options.
