my mother used to live at The Five Star Premier.My father needed an assisted living ,I did not know where he was going but I knew that Five Star was not the one .They need to improve basic and important areas.Like the kitchen most of the time they will bring what my mother did not order and the food needs to be better. the cleaning of the room it was hard to tell if they came to clean . They should hire people that are train or them.Only a few did a good job.You need patience to work with older people. At least the tall lady and the young girl at the front desk were nice ,cordial ,always greet you with a smile and willing to help.
