I appreciate your inquiry regarding Edgeworth Park at New Town. The brochure I sent you yesterday included pricing, level of care, and amenities.
Our Staff
Our staff, which includes nurses, CNA’s, Med Techs, culinary team, and servers, are trained as part of orientation and have on-going training regularly. Communication is of utmost importance, assuring that family members are kept up to date on all issues related to the residents. We have several partners who provide educational sessions and support group presentations for residents, caregivers, and families.
Culinary Services
Chef David Jones heads up our culinary team, providing restaurant-style dining daily with 3 meals, along with snacks available throughout the day in our Bistro.
Transportation
Transportation is provided at no charge for shopping, planned outings and activities, and for medical appointments.
Resident Safety and Security
All of our residents are provided with pendants as part of their orientation. They are instructed on how and when to use the pendant if they have any needs. Our building is locked during the evening as added security. We are staffed around the clock per state guidelines for continuity of care and medication management. The safety of our residents is priority one.
Memory Care Community
Our memory care community is secured and staffed according to the state regulations and is based on the acuity level of our residents. We have 62 assisted living apartments and 22 Memory Care apartments that make up our community.
Training and Safety
We instruct all new residents on handling grievances, etc. All residents and employees are trained on fire drills.
Respite Care
Our respite daily rate is included in the brochure. We recommend one month respite stays and can accept shorter stays based upon availability. Respite daily rate plus pro-rated level of care based on assessment…
Pet Policy
We do allow pets with the one-time pet deposit of $700.
Additional Occupant Fee
