Our staff includes RNs, LPNs, Med Aides, CNAs, and homemakers within our nursing department. Beyond their formal education, they undergo multiple hours of dementia and other specialized training annually to ensure the highest quality of care.
Safety and Well-being Measures
To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, our Nursing Facility is equipped with coded doors and comprehensive surveillance of all residents.
Resources and Support Services
We assist in setting up home care, Meals on Wheels (MOW), Hospice, and therapies for residents transitioning into the community, tailoring services to their individual needs.
Dining Experience
All meals are prepared in a main kitchen, with an alternate menu available for those who may not prefer the main entree. We offer open seating, dining assistance, and texture modification as needed to accommodate all residents.
Addressing Complaints and Issues
Any resident complaints or issues are initially addressed by the nurse on duty and escalated as necessary until a resolution is found.
Cost of Living
The cost of living in our Nursing Facility is $306 per day. We also offer assisted living and Residential Care levels, with detailed information available upon request.
Communication with Residents' Families
Communication preferences and frequency vary among families. We conduct quarterly care plan meetings and promptly notify families of any incidents or concerns regarding their loved ones.
Short-term or Respite Stays
We offer short-term or respite stays at a 25% upcharge of the normal rate, providing flexibility for families and residents.
Pet-Friendly Community
Our community is pet-friendly for visitors. Residents in Residential or Assisted Living can have pets live with them, pending State approval and the resident's ability to care for the pet.
Covid and Flu Vaccinations
Residents have access to Covid and flu vaccinations within the community, ensuring their health and safety.
Aging in Place
Residents can age in place to the extent allowed by our license. We offer three levels of care: assisted living, Residential living, and the Nursing Home. While we currently have no room in the Nursing Home, there are open rooms in other areas.
