Overall, employees who have worked for Five Star Senior Living in the Williamsburg, VA area have had mixed experiences. My father has been at Dominion Village for almost two months and we couldn't be happier. The staff is professional, helpful and very patient. I am always able to speak with someone if I need to, and if they can't answer my question right away, they get the answer for me quickly. The facility is clean and just what we needed. Thank you to everyone at Dominion Village for all that you do!
I love the staff and residents here! They always make me feel welcome on each visit and I am so happy to be part of the great work that is being done here.
Dominion Village of Williamsburg is a home away from home for your loved ones. The nursing staff is like extended family and always go above and beyond! The facility has made upgrades throughout the years and continues to be progressive in their accommodations! Do not overlook this gem of a community when considering assisted or memory care!

I moved my father and mother into Dominion Village because I was so dissatisfied with where they were living. Dominion cared for my father in their memory care wing until his recent death and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. The last months of his life he was clean, comfortable, and well cared for.
my aunt received wonderful attention and care for the 6 months she was at Dominion Village of Williamsburg.the staff is very attentive and caring and the smaller size facility was exactly what she needed.
Just heard the wonderful news that Executive Director, Emily Gorman, was named a #healthcaresuperhero by #HeartlandHospice. Emily is most deserving of this honor. When she worked at Brookdale Virginia Beach, where my mother resides, she set the bar high for everyone. What a special person. Dominion Village is lucky to have Emily in a leadership position!
The staff here is first rate. I know at least one who would take the shirt off her own back to help any human in need. Can't ask for better than that!

Excellent facility. All the staff are upbeat, friendly and helpful. The director, Deirdre Lund, is exceptional. if you need something done, she is the person to see. Could not be more friendly and helpful. My wife feels right at home there. We could not be happier.
My loved one moved in a year ago. Our family has been more than pleased with the care both our parent and we have received throughout this year. I felt like we were walking the paths of care and concerns alone, but feel truly blessed that the Patient Care coordinator and Acting Executive Director, Jessica Kelly, have provided the support we need to ensure that our loved one receives the appropriate care for continued health of not only physical but of heart and mind and spirit as well.
My mom has been a resident of Dominion Village at Williamsburg for a few months now and I just wanted to share what a loving and caring community it is. We know that she is well cared for here and we would highly recommend this facility. It is a small, family oriented place and we are so lucky to have found this facility for our precious mom.
Attentive staff and an RCD who truly cares about patient care and outcomes. I would recommend this community for anyone who wants their loved one to be treated how they would treat them.
My dad is receiving excellent care from the aides and the administration at Dominion Village of Williamsburg. They are interested in his well-being and his overall happiness. The only thing that would make his stay more pleasant would be for the facilities to be updated and modernized, so that everyone can take advantage of the technology that is available today.
My father lives on Dominion Village memory care unit. He is taken care of very well. I have noticed a change for the better since he has been here. MY father loves it here, when we go to take him out, he does not want to leave. The nursing staff takes good care of him. The food is great. I highly recommend, that anyone that needs care for a family member choose Dominion Village.
The staff is outstanding. When you walk into an unfamiliar place it can be intimidating BUT not here. The overwhelming feeling of "home" and welcoming was amazing. I would like to personally thank Jessica Kelley. She was very informative, quickly greeted us and had a smile all the way through. Even with answering all our 100 questions. We need more Jessica Kelley's in this world. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
