LOVE MY CREEKSIDE TEAM!! Nowadays, it's important, especially when working in Healthcare, to have a Team that is going to support you day in & day out. A team that will care about you as an individual, as well as an employee. There's a reason "Customer Second & Love One Another" are in the company motto.
My mom went there for rehabilitation after a hospital stay. The goal was for her to get her strength back up and for her to get care for a severe skin issue. They did do some physical therapy to help her with her strength, but did not help her with her skin issue. It had started to heal in the hospital, but got much worse while at Creekside. All of the healing progress was lost during her stay at Ceeekside because they didn't properly care for her. She came home with her wounds being worse than when she had gone into the hospital. They also did a poor job of helping her keep her room clean. I would definitely not recommend Creekside to anyone.
I was in Creekside for many weeks following a horrible illness. From the first moment I arrived until the day I left, I was treated so well by everyone. I healed up and looked forward to each day because I knew very professional, caring, doctors, RN nurses, LPN nurses, CNA Aides, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, Dietary, House Keeping, Transportation, Social Services & Office Staff were there to make sure myself and other patients were well tended to. I heard how kindly the patients were spoken to by the the entire staff. They spoke to me the same way. Thank you Dr. Walker, Dr. Ward, Jaime. Juan, Selma, Jay, Lisa, Brin, Josh, Shawna, Rosalinda, Keith, Eileen, Cathy, Brent, Wendy, Maddie, Michael, Gretchen, Riley and Cam. I hope I remembered everyone’s names. If I did not, please know you are as special as everyone I mentioned. I would recommend this place to any friend or loved one.
My blood sugars have been over 200 for 4 days now. They don't give me enough insulin to bring it down. I sent 5 items to the laundry and got 4 back. The food is bad. There is cable but remotes don't work. I can't get answers to my questions. This place is horrible. Then things get worse. This place should lose its' license. They are grossly negligent.. 5/24/21 No shower in 10 days.
