Cedar Heights Description
At Cedar Heights' senior living community, your family and friends are always welcome - it's up to you how much company you'd like! Every apartment is equipped with a deadbolt lock, smoke detector and fire-resistant structure for optimal safety. For your ease, a brightly lit parking area awaits you. Cedartown was on the brink of destruction during the Civil War, but a valiant band of calvary came to its defense near war's end; however, it eventually fell victim to Union forces. By the late 1870s, Cedartown had blossomed into a prosperous paradise. Nestled in the foothills of northwest Georgia, Cedartown is a mere stone's throw away from bustling city life.Price Comparison

Employee Reviews for United Church Homes
3.43 out of 5 stars. Based on 63 reviews
Employees of United Church Homes generally have positive things to say about the company. They appreciate the helpful and responsive team, the effort to make resident life appealing and successful, and the caring attitude towards employees and the community. However, they note that the pay is on the lower side and supervisors can appear to be stretched thin with multiple roles. Employees also report issues with broken equipment, bed bugs, lack of aides, bad food, and poor benefits. Advice to management includes to care more about loyal staff, hire more staff, pay CNA's what they're worth, walk the communities and meet employees and residents, and take employee suggestions and ideas more seriously.Healthcare Nearby
