I do not recommend this place. I know someone that was inquiring about placing their family member there. (Not saying names) and they found another placement but Big Springs called so much about asking how they are and they were blowing up their phone, she's told me countless times about how they called for weeks to months. This has been going on since JUNE!!!!! She blocked the number eventually. It's crazy to have so many calls and voice mails... it's really harassment. Not to mention one of the men there that called is so loud and unprofessional. I personally had a phone interview and you couldn't pay me enough to work there. I have past residents from a different facility that live there now and their families say they were pressured into sales, feel like they don't know whats going on and the environment is odd. Just save yourself and put your loved one elsewhere.
When i went to see one of my grandmothers friends, there only 3 staff there that i trust and love, the majority of the other staff are not friendly and all they do is just sit around on the phone. All they rely on is a stimulus check and not doing nothing for the residents. Ive seen residents asking for help an never receive the help. and management staff are awful. All this company is for is a paycheck not for the residents. Please don't place your loved one ware a bunch of whipy cry babies work and relies on a stimulus check from the government.
