Big Springs Place Description

At Place, our senior living community, we not only help our residents thrive but also aid them in their daily routines. We can even provide rehabilitation and therapy services through our home health partners. We create personalized care plans to address the needs of each resident, and a full-time registered nurse is available 24/7 to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care. The comfortable, pet-friendly common areas and gathering spaces have a warm and welcoming feeling that makes them feel like home. Our residents stay active with a variety of activities like daily exercise classes, bingo, arts and crafts, reading groups, and live entertainment.

Employees in the Cedartown, GA area generally have positive things to say about working for Enlivant. They appreciate the great people and loving residents, and are thankful for the support from corporate and the recent raise. However, they feel that the company needs to do a better job of keeping an Executive Director and improving communication. They also feel that some staff members are lazy and don't care about the residents, and that the management could be better. Overall, employees appreciate the easy work and the residents, but would like to see improvements in communication and management.
