Oh my mom works there and I think she does a pretty good job and she has been working there 5 years so go momma
Almost got jumped by 3 security staffs when requesting to speak with a manager. Front desk staffs are amateurs. Parking is a joke. No thanks
I don't know who's in charge of the kitchen but she's spectacular!
I was initially attracted to the Renaissance as an employment opportunity to provide senior care and assistance. But after 7 years, I've come to appreciate and love the sense of community as a whole shared between the residents, their families, caregivers, and staff.

I’ve been part of the Renaissance for 8 years. It has been a true blessing! Here at the Renaissance you have the best caring and loving caregivers around! The administration team is one of the best ones around! Beautiful court yard to where all your loved ones can go out and relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery and spend time with other residents! Beautiful chapel to have prayer in! Lots of activities, and great food! Overall at the Renaissance Marquis we are all Family and that’s what means the most!
Renaissance is a great place to work. The friendly staff and the incredible care are top notch but the best part is the beautiful court yard!!

I have worked there since 2018. Such a great place to be! Everyone is considered family. Such a great place to be especially in the beautiful court yard. ❤️ When COVID came about, our management and staff has taken every precaution to make sure we all stay safe! I would not want my family members anywhere else! It is truly home!

I have been a part of Renaissance for nearly 2 years now. The staff is known by the other facilitates as Team Rome. That name is fitting as we strive to support each other while developing close bonds with each other but more importantly the residents. We are taught the residents do not live where we work but that we work where they live. What has impressed me the most is when COVID started our owners came and we gathered while they annointed our doors with oil and had prayer for protection over all residents and staff in the buildings. It is rare to find a work place or a home for your loved one that can say that!
I have been working at Renaissance since 2019 ..such a beautiful place to be. A place that not only shows beauty in the building but also staff ..people who truly has a servants heart in doing Gods work. Such a blessing to be part of this team.
I’ve Been apart of the Renaissance team for 8 years working in memory care! Working hand in hand with residents families over the years has been a honor. Being residents advocates when they are no longer able to advocate for themselves is rewarding! We have a beautiful facility. Grand entrance that makes you feel like home- helpful caring staff. Working at the Renaissance Marquis as been such a blessing! To be with such amazing people and working in a safe environment! Our Management takes care of staff and makes sure we are safe and taking care of. Not only do they care about the staff but they make sure all residents are well cared for and have their wishes granted!
