Our assisted living and memory care community is located in the renowned city of Las Vegas, Nevada, after all. Assisted Living

Assisted living is designed for seniors who need more help with activities of daily living than those in independent living. The supportive programs and team members in these communities can help with things like everyday living and basic care, as well as fun activities and transportation.

Memory Care

Our memory care program is designed to help your loved one feel a sense of belonging and purpose while still preserving their sense of self. We are committed to providing your loved one with the best possible care by assigning the same associates to their case whenever possible. Our memory care communities have the same look and function as a private home, but with a secure environment.

Dining

On our daily menus, you'll have a variety of delicious options to choose from, including tarragon chicken, stuffed green peppers and breaded baked tilapia. Our goal is to provide an unforgettable culinary experience through healthy and flavorful dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients whenever possible. Our memory care residents also enjoy exceptional dining experiences but with a little extra help. We provide dementia-friendly menus with familiar and easy-to-manage selections, small dining rooms with consistent preselected seating, and personal dining assistance as needed.

Employees in the Las Vegas, NV area who have worked for Brookdale Senior Living have expressed dissatisfaction with the company. They report that the company does not care about its employees and that management changes monthly. Employees of Brookdale Senior Living generally have positive things to say about the company. They appreciate the free parking, paid orientation and training hours, and nice residents. However, they have noted that the health insurance is expensive and the deductibles are high. Additionally, CNA's PTO for the first year is nearly nonexistent and the pay deposit system is unusual. There is also a lack of work-life balance, as employees are often called in on days off due to staff shortages. Employees have also reported that management does not advocate for them and that communication is not always good. They have also noted that the pay rate is low and that the facility is often understaffed. Employees have also reported that the security system is an issue and that the training is too automated. Advice to management includes improving communication, fostering staff development, enhancing benefits, and stopping taking credit for work that the front-line workers conduct.
