Employees who have worked for BeeHive Homes in the Santa Fe, NM area have mixed reviews. On the positive side, employees have noted that there is an opportunity to learn new skills and receive certificates for accomplishments. On the negative side, employees have noted that passing meds and learning new skills can be difficult, and working with new people can be challenging. Additionally, one employee reported that during a medical emergency, they were unable to leave work because no coworkers would answer their calls, and the manager was unwilling to come in to cover the end of their shift. Great assisted living facilities with caring staff. There is a variety of activities to enjoy. I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

My father has been at beehive for two years. I can't recommend them highly enough. The staff is consistent and caring and they treat their guests with respect. Excellent end of life care. It is a well run operation. I wish they had an enclosed outside area but I hear that is coming. Wonderful staff. My parents have both been in other facilities in Santa Fe and Taos and beehive is the best. It is small and family like with private rooms with private bathrooms. Director is very accommodating.
In 2011. when Dad needed assisted care, I found Beehive Homes in Albuquerque, a small facility of about 15 residents. The place was great, except that it was 65 miles away and every time I had to take Dad to a doctor's appointment it was an all day event for me. During his stay here, the owner of the facility told me about a veteran's benefit I might get for Dad. He then told me he could pay for a lawyer (!) to file the case with VA.Dad got the VA pension because of Michael and Beehive Homes. It took a while to get the pension, even with the lawyer doing most of the work.During that time, I ran out of funds and moved Dad to Pacifica Rosemont. What a mistake! This was an enormous facility that you could get lost in, even without dementia. The staff were sparse but well meaning, but it was a bad deal all around.When Dad's VA pension started coming in, I moved him to the Santa Fe Beehive Homes which was way more expensive than the "big box" facility but you know, you get what you pay for.Again, the people at Beehive Homes went out of their way to help me get Dad's long term care insurance payments. Manager Kelly Hanlin, filled out a plethora of paperwork and faxes and phone calls to help me.I cannot recommend this place enough. These people are caring, honest, and go out of their way to do the right thing. In my book, that's perfection.
The facility is very safe, pet-friendly and is supportive, compassionate and welcoming to all the people who work there. At BeeHive Homes I feel very comfortable with my kids.
This Assisted Living facility is phenomenal. The staff is very professional and supportive. I 'd suggest BeeHive Assisted Living Homes to anyone seeking this lifestyle.
Wondrous staff, beautiful building and wonderful hospitality. If you're looking for a place to retire, don't look any further! Santa Fe has fine weather and a great atmosphere with plenty to see and do!

All the tenants are very caring and attentive. Clean surroundings and healthy food. So grateful to them because there were my grandparents.
Everyone at BeeHive Assisted Living Homes is kind and helpful. The building is clean and well maintained. The memory care section is extremely effective and the residents looked happy and well cared for.

He would like to thank the awesome Karla, the assistant manager for her special attention; Johnny for her delicious meals; and Yolanda, Bea and George for their assistance in making him feel comfortable. Rick and his friends are so grateful to have found BeeHive in Santa Fe, at a time when Rick needed it most. Thank you all, for the kindness and care you provided for our dear friend.
BeeHive has given excellent care of my father and I highly recommend them. They have a very caring staff and nice facilities. Only improvement would be a little more outside space but there is a nice porch to sit on.
After visiting several Retirement Communities I decided on BeeHive Assisted Living Homes of Santa Fe for my mother. She especially enjoys the variety of entertainers that are a weekly feature of the many provided activities. The staff are friendly and makes her feel good. I would highly recommend to anyone who are looking for Assisted Living in Santa Fe, NM.
I have lived at BeeHive Homes of Santa Fe for over 4 years and find it meets my wants & needs very well. The staff are very helpful and very professional. The place is always clean.
