The staff was nice. They gave my mom a welcome bag of supplies when she arrived. They even sent me a card after my mother passed away. However, the food was not appetizing and my mother went without necessary medications that were required for her illness the entire first weekend she was there because the staff didn't get the order straight with the pharmacy. They had her medications list before she arrived. A very upsetting situation. My mother was moved to another facility.

My mom came in for a 5 day respite stay. Naturally we were all nervous to take her and leave her. Ms.Wanda made it so much easier. She treated my mom like her own, she painted her nails. ,got her outside pulling weeds in the flower garden, sent me snap chat pictures of the two of them goofing off! We can't thank Wanda and the rest of the staff for taking such wonderful care of her. Wanda is an angel on earth and this is truly her calling.

We came to this facility because our doctor recommended this place for rehabilitation and quality care. Unfortunately, being here made our health worse. Not only do they have poor cleaning and sanitation practices, but poor health practices as well. On a continuous basis, this place is determined to do what is in their own best interest, instead of the dear residents and patients that they provide "care" for.Not only does this facility seem to run away residents and patients, they also have difficulty retaining and keeping employees. Every 30-60 days it seems as if there are new directors, nurses, social workers, and other staff. If you are looking for excellence in health care, then please take the time to find a place that is pleasant, and will bring joy and add days to your loved ones life.

The best thing this company did was bring Wanda back. I have never met anyone who has as much passion and love for the residents. She has been such a delight to talk to and under her care my family has been doing 100% better. She is a true professional.

Very poor assistance from their social service department, my mother has tried contacting their admin. Chris, he said he would call my mother by a certain day and never did, then when I stopped by on a Tuesday he told me he would contact her by Thursday at the latest, that was a month ago, and have heard not a single thing. If someone says they will call you, they should, even if they do not have an answer quite yet. I am appalled by their lack of professionalism.

This place use to be a 5 star facility and once Trio tookover, it turned into a 0.5 star. The new Administrator cares more for cosmetic stuff such as the ugly tape at the nurses desk instead of keeping the GREAT staff of nurses and CNA’s that truly ran the facility and loved their patients. My grandmother has been at this facility for years and I’m so disappointed with everything and everyone. The nurse who always helped me and went above and beyond was Shanna, pretty blonde with a big heart! Shante, the really short one, but she was always helpful and knowledgeable and I actually saw her in action and you can tell she’s experienced. The CNA’s Henrietta, Monique, Audrey, Regina, Edith (my fav) were al fantastic. I hope Trio allows the old company to take back over and hire the staff back so we can get our 5 star facility back. It’s so much ICan say but if you’re considering coming here.. don’t! My grandmother is deceased now and I visit some of the other residents time to time and it’s sad.
