Bayfield has their staff post good reviews for them, here is the real deal! Medications are not reordered until the resident runs out, leaving them without important medications sometimes for days at a time. They run out of important necessities such as briefs and wipes leaving their staff to clean the residents up with dry shampoo and putting improper size briefs on them. They are understaffed leaving the residents without proper care. Third shift staff takes turns sleeping in vacant rooms leaving the residents without help. Memory care residents get less quality meals per their own staff! This is just to name a few! Not recommended for your loved one!!
I cannot adequately describe how much my family and I love the Bayfield Assisted Living Team! My mom has been there since the end of June 2021, and what a difference In the quality of care she is receiving as compared to her previous assisted living locale!The caregivers are attentive, responsive, funny and kind. The meals are fantastic, and my mom is known to be a harsh food critic. Bayfield’s Administrator, Sue L., is superior in building relationships with my mom and our family. Her attention to detail and follow through are spot on.Jamie does such a great job managing my mom’s medical care...serious peace of mind. Krystal K.is so welcoming that we felt part of the Bayfield family even before my mom arrived.If you get a chance, check out Bayfield‘s mission statement; it says it all! If you’re looking for a place for your loved one to call home, I definitely would call and see if there’s availability.
As a member of the culinary team I take alot of personal satisfaction in providing the best service to our residents. I value working alongside Sharon and Sue and rest of management team, as our goal and mission statement is one that of honoring God through our service. Something I truly value...
I have been here for 4 years and have cherished all of the memories and connections I have been with each resident and their families. The staff work together as a team and are always going above and beyond for each resident. They have many fun activities and things to do throughout the day. Our Management team is outstanding, they are always there to listen when there may be an issue. I am so glad to be part of the Bayfield team!
Bayfield is the place to go if you want a comfortable home environment for your loved ones! The staff take their time to develop meaningful relationships with every Resident and each other.
I find Bayfield Assisted Living to be a very friendly, outgoing, and comfortable place. The staff is very knowledgeable and compassionate. A quiet setting, with daily planned activities keep residents active. I would highly recommend Bayfield for your loved ones.
I recently joined the Bayfield family and I’m excited to extend my future here with my fellow employees and residents. The Management and the employees all are excellent to be working with! I’ve worked at several assisted living communities and I have to say this is the most well run facility. Our residents and their families are very fortunate to have a team of compassionate and caring caregivers. I’m happy to be part of the Bayfield team!

Bayfield is one of the most passionate and caring assisted livings I have ever seen.
I am a family member of a current resident at Bayfield assisted living. The food quality is very poor. I have brought this matter up to Sharon Thompson the head chef and was met with indifference. The Quality of care is so low. I was assured my family member would be taken care of and they are left waiting for care. This is not the fault of the direct care workers, those girls are so sweet. They are understaffed. I have had this conversation with Sue Lathrom the executive director. I was left with the feeling that she does not care and puts on a good show, but as soon as family members leave the residents are seen as a pay check by the administration.
Bayfield is a wonderful place to work. The staff show they care and provide top notch care. The management team is the best I have worked with in my career!!!! Drive up and come in and take a tour of our amazing facility!!
