At Arbor House, we recognize that each person has individual needs and preferences.
With this in mind, we offer each resident a flexible service combination we call Tailored Services. The combination of the Base Monthly Service and the Tailored Services designed for you result in your monthly Tailored Pricing. This unique plan provides you with the most individual personal service in the most cost-effective manner.
The Base Service Includes:
- Private apartment purposefully designed to promote independence
- Engaging life enrichment activities and experiences
- Weekly housekeeping, linen services and apartment maintenance
- Three restaurant-style meals prepared by an on-site chef and snacks/beverages throughout the day
- Electric, water and trash
- 24-hour access to staff
- Scheduled transportation

MEMORY CARE
Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's or other memory impairments is a very personal, loving dedication to service. It requires service for individual needs, often involving life's daily activities and personal assistance. Arbor House has dedicated apartments which combine a unique physical setting with specialized care for each resident.
In the Memory Care neighborhood, we recognize that each person has individual needs and preferences for care and may require different degrees of specialized services. A personal plan of care is developed for each resident based on their Personal Assessment and Life Story. Our trained staff works closely with family members and others to assemble a Life Story identifying the personal experiences of each resident's life. Details and events from your loved one's past become shared memories and experiences serving as a foundation for activities, communication and the manner in which to deliver care.

Arbor House offers Independent Living Cottages with access to our Community and the ability to design your own package with meals, housekeeping, and laundry services if needed. We offer Assisted Living with All Inclusive Amenities and 3 different sizes of apartments to choose from, and Reminisce (Memory Care) with furnished rooms and a peace of secureness, comfort and engagements throughout each day for everyone.

Arbor House provides a broad spectrum of activities to support creativity as well as socialization. We encourage senior adults, of all functional levels, to continue to thrive and live a quality life in a safe, fun and relaxing environment. Arbor House offers private suites with several different floor plans and each suite is equipped with a kitchenette, a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, a large walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet. Rates vary depending on the size of the suite and the level of care our new resident would require such as medication assistance.
