Do you guys currently have a waitlist?
Yes, we are currently at capacity (but things do change). The waitlist board is for studios, 1 & 2 bedrooms. Population 148.
Could you provide an overview of the types of professionals on your staff and the training they undergo at your facility?
Director of Nursing and her assistant is also an NP on staff. Manages MedTech’s as well.
Could you tell me about the measures you have in place to ensure the safety and well-being of your residents?
As always, our staff members are drilled/tested frequently through webinars, training videos, and supervision.
Do you offer any resources or support services to aid residents' transition into the community?
We support residence via touring and education for our seniors. Also, a floor Ambassador is assigned to each new resident upon arrival.
Do you offer transportation services for residents?
Absolutely; Dr. appointments organized off-campus events such as dining out, theater, etc.
Could you tell me a little about your dining experience?
Sure, restaurant-style service in each dining area with specials for lunch and dinner items as well as our standard menus.
What is the process that takes place if a resident has a complaint or an issue they want addressed?
One would simply communicate with us in Marketing, evaluate and present to our Director, Justin Mock.
What is the cost of living in your community?
I have attached a price sheet for your convenience.
What is your policy on communication with resident's families? How do you keep them updated about their loved ones' well-being?
Residence is free to communicate with members in person or telephone service (provided). If a medical situation arises, typically we will notice changes and report them to a Power of Attorney or Health Care Surrogate.
Do you all offer short-term or respite stays? How much does this cost?
We do not offer short-term stays any longer as we are at capacity.
Are you all a pet-friendly community?
Yes, up to 20 lbs. We also have a new dog park!
Are residents able to get Covid vaccination and flu vaccinations in the community?
Certainly through our nursing staff.
Are residents able to age in place?
Yes, some folks start their new lifestyle within our IL floors and transfer later on into an AL apartment. Yes, we are currently at capacity (but things do change). The waitlist board is for studios, 1 & 2 bedrooms. Population 148.
